These Terms govern your use of Sparklist, operated by CoBuild Agency ("we", "us"). By using Sparklist you agree to these Terms.

The service

Sparklist lets you capture online content and turn it into organized, actionable tasks, with optional Google Calendar syncing and AI-assisted summaries and suggestions.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sparklist to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you capture and create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it in order to provide the service (including sending content to our AI provider to generate summaries and suggestions at your direction).

Third-party services

Sparklist integrates with Google and other providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

AI-generated content

AI summaries and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them.

Disclaimers

Sparklist is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Sparklist.

Termination

You may stop using Sparklist at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
